Pasta and sauce cooking class is fun and informative
My husband and I are experienced in the kitchen, but we learned some tricks from Sydney that we will use in the future. She was very specific for those who don't have a lot of experience, but kept us on track.

Well put together class with a super fun chef
My husband and I really enjoyed this class. Sydney was awesome. She was so charismatic and down to Earth. She made it easy to follow her while still keeping things interesting and adding some personality to the lesson.

Wonderful Class
I learned so much from this class! The instructor was ver knowledgeable and down to earth. He taught practical applications for us non-chef knife users.

Great class SO much fun
My kids gave this to me for my birthday and I was so excited to take this class. It is really important to get your prep work done before the class because the class moves quickly. The instructor gave great instructions and lots of information and was very encouraging. I would recommend this class to anyone that wants to learn a new skill in the kitchen

If you love hot sauce and cooking, this is for you.
This was an excellent class. Interaction with the instructor was fun. I made three sauces each featuring their own pepper, one during the class and two others simultaneously directly after the class. I prepped ingredients before the class began so I had a choice of what I wanted to use. Questions to the instructor helped me determine my recipe.

We absolutely LOVE the interactive cooking classes on Uncommon Goods; this was our 4th class and it didn't disappoint! Every class we have attended has been amazing, so much fun as well as educational - plus, we get to enjoy a delicious meal afterwards, not to mention expanding our culinary repertoire and learning how to make authentic exotic dishes from all over the world! "Simmered in Spice" was no exception, we had a blast making four delicious dishes and now we can't wait to try out our new skills again for friends & Family - thanks Uncommon Goods for bringing such a fun activity into our home again!
