Wow, these flavors are amazing. I have never thought about cheese in a mustard, but this goat cheese blend made a beautiful creamy flavor that I used in place of Bearnaise sauce for steak. And I loved the Olive Rosemary so much I ate it out of a jar. Hatch Chile is lovely - not too spicy. I kept one and gave 2 others as gifts - my friends loved them as much as I did!
