    Great class, delicious food, fun time!

    My husband gets me an Uncommon Goods experience for Christmas almost every year. This class was one of my gifts this year. Its such a fun time and something different to us to do together that we enjoy! This was fun, Chef did great. It went a little fast so got kind of hard to follow at times, but I also understand there was a lot to get in to the timeframe he had! Definitely would do this again!!

    DO IT!

    We had a great time! My husband and I love being in the kitchen and cook a ton. We learned so many new skills from Chef Mark. The class was more than we could have expected! Thanks so much Uncommon Goods & Chef Mark.

    Now we can make authentic Ethiopian food!

    We absolutely LOVE the interactive cooking classes on Uncommon Goods; this was our 4th class and it didn't disappoint! Every class we have attended has been amazing, so much fun as well as educational - plus, we get to enjoy a delicious meal afterwards, not to mention expanding our culinary repertoire and learning how to make authentic exotic dishes from all over the world! "Simmered in Spice" was no exception, we had a blast making four delicious dishes and now we can't wait to try out our new skills again for friends & Family - thanks Uncommon Goods for bringing such a fun activity into our home again!

    Great class SO much fun

    My kids gave this to me for my birthday and I was so excited to take this class. It is really important to get your prep work done before the class because the class moves quickly. The instructor gave great instructions and lots of information and was very encouraging. I would recommend this class to anyone that wants to learn a new skill in the kitchen

    Fun class making Ravioli

    This was my 3rd Uncommon Goods cooking class and it did not disappoint. The directions and tools sent in advance prepare you to be able to have fun while learning to make homemade pasta. The instructor was clear in her direction and went at a pace we could keep up with. It is also fun to be in a class with people from all over.

    Absolutely worth it!

    I really like to purchase the Uncommon Experiences classes, and this was a winner! Chef Mark's class was a journey into new dishes (that will be on repeat in our house) and how well the suggested wines paired with each dish. Cooking should be about trying something new, whether it's a new ingredient combination, a new method of cooking or new flavor combinations. Bravo, Chef Mark! You hit the proverbial nail on th head on all three in this class!!! Highly recommend!
