Beautiful image!
This print of The Raven's original cover is really beautiful and made a great gift! My only complaint is that I wish the frame was darker, but that's just my personal taste.

A beautiful cover of my favorite book
The Secret Garden was my favorite book growing up. I still read it at least once a year ( i'm in my 70's!). This framed cover is just unbelievable. So beautiful, so real and looks like you could touch it and it would be a book cover!...I'm very impressed with the quality of the cover print. The price was very appropriate. and I would order it again!!

Perfect gift for a horse lover!
We gave the Black Beauty framed first edition cover print as a gift to someone who loves horses and of course loves this book. She loved it! We'd been wanting to purchase it for a while, so we were glad we could get it in time for Christmas this year!

My bookworm sister adores this framed cover art
Hung up on my wall. The art is bigger than the book itself. The frame looks great and new and sturdy.

Big hit, except.....
My wife, a literature professor, was very excited and pleased to get the Virginia Woolf first edition cover. I, on the other hand, was disappointed to see that the frame is loose and needs to be glued so that it can be properly hung,

This product was excellent! It was exactly what I had hoped
I loved that I could provide my son with the artwork of a first edition of his favorite novel while not being able to actually purchase a first edition copy.

FAQs
1. What classic book titles are available as framed first edition cover prints?
Framed first edition cover prints are available for a wide range of beloved classic titles, including Frankenstein by Mary Shelley, Jane Eyre, Pride and Prejudice, The Raven, The Secret Garden, and Black Beauty, among others. Whether you're shopping for a lifelong fan of a specific novel or a general book lover, there's likely a title that holds special meaning for them.
2. Is a framed first edition cover print a good gift for a book lover?
A framed first edition cover print makes an exceptional gift for book lovers of all ages. It's been given successfully as a graduation gift, Christmas gift, and birthday present for everyone from college students to grandparents in their 70s. The prints are beloved precisely because they give fans the experience of owning a piece of literary history without the cost of an actual first edition — something most collectors could never afford.
3. What does a framed first edition cover print look like in person — is the quality good?
The quality of framed first edition cover prints is genuinely impressive in person. The artwork is reproduced with such detail and depth that it takes on an almost three-dimensional appearance, making it look like a real book cover you could reach out and touch. The frame itself is sturdy and well-constructed, and the print arrives in excellent condition with secure, careful packaging.
4. How big is a framed first edition cover print, and where can I hang it?
Framed first edition cover prints are larger than an actual book cover, making them a striking piece of wall art. They work beautifully in a variety of spaces — bedrooms next to a bookcase, reading nooks, classrooms, living rooms, and personal offices. The lightweight frame makes them easy to hang just about anywhere in your home.
5. Does a framed first edition cover print include the original imperfections of the vintage cover?
Yes, framed first edition cover prints faithfully reproduce the original cover artwork, including the authentic imperfections that come with age. This attention to detail is part of what makes them so special — you get an accurate representation of a true first edition, giving the piece a genuine sense of history and authenticity that fans of classic literature deeply appreciate.

Why is Gustave Dore, and not Miguel Cervantes, shown as the author of "Don Quixote"? I'm guessing that he was the illustrator.
Verified reply from Allison
Yes! Gustave Doré, a world famous 19th century illustrator during Romanticism, illustrated over 200 books. Books include The Divine Comedy, particularly The Inferno, his illustrations to Don Quixote, Coleridge's Rime of the Ancient Mariner, and Edgar Allan Poe's The Raven.
