What Makes This Mootilda the Ice Cream Bowl Uncommon

We thought ice cream couldn't get any better, but potter JoAnn Stratakos begged to differ. She created Mootilda to make you smile (even more) every time you dig into a sweet frozen treat, and this bovine buddy will also keep you company while you slurp up cereal, soup, mac n' cheese—if you can put it in a bowl, Mootilda's got you covered. With a cute face in the front, a tail in the back, and spots all around, Mootilda adds a touch of handmade happiness to snack time, mealtime, and every nibble in between.

  • Crafted of durable stoneware with a hand-dipped, lead-free glaze.
  • Safe for microwave and dishwasher. Not for stovetop use.
  • Measures 4"L x 4"W x 4.5"H.
  • Hand-thrown and hand-painted in Pennsylvania.

Due to the handmade nature of this item, each is unique and will vary.

"I tend to make things I like, things I'd like to have around me," says ceramist JoAnn Stratakos. Once the concept is in place, she uses her knowledge and expertise to guide each piece. In her Pocono Mountain studio, she creates one-of-a-kind glazes, giving her designs subtle variations and unique characteristics. The color and shapes are designed to complement, not compete. It's the impressive shapes and functionality that makes JoAnn's items truly special.
