I wasn't really sure what to expect, but Sanjay our instructor, nailed it. It was fun to learn about the different spice blends, what the compromised of, and how to pair them. They all tasted great and has inspired me to try in my food. The class was approachable, and the food tasty.

We really enjoyed the class and found it to be very informative. The differences between the aromas and the tastes with items on their own was very good. however in pairing the coffees and chocolates, we were often pleasantly surprised. We would highly recommend this class to coffee and/or chocolate lovers regardless of how simple or complex you currently enjoy these items.

We received the tasting class as a gift. We really had no idea what to expect. The presenter was very pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable. We tasted the different oils and balsamic vinegars included in the kit. She gave us so much insight into each one. She answered all the questions sent by the zoom participants. It was an enjoyable hour, and we learned a great deal about olive oils and balsamic vinegars.

Today's coffee tasting class was such a lovely experience. I didn't know what to expect but really enjoyed the whole process. It was fun seeing what others thought of the coffee through each step. Our instructor was wonderful. She paced the class very well and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend!

This class was a lot of fun and of course, delicious. We had a very small group and were able to chat with Cory about the individual flavors, uses for syrup, and history.

If you love tea this is the perfect class for you. The instructor was engaging and very knowledgeable, an absolutely enjoyable experience. She did not miss a beat. The tea we sampled was delicious and was beautifully packaged. I would highly recommend this class as a gift. I just LOVED it. What a treat!!!!!!!
