Cute Gift for Child of D&D-loving Parents
I bought this as a Christmas gift for the 6-year-old daughter of some dear friends who are lifelong Dungeons and Dragons enjoyers. I thought it would be a great way to introduce her to the basic principles of tabletop roleplaying games. Her parents were also thrilled by this idea! I took off one star since the top of the front cover of the book got slightly dented in shipping.

Kid friendly choose your own adventure
Growing up I loved choose your own adventure novels and this is a take on that for a younger age! My child is a little younger than the suggested age for this book. We tried rolling the dice but she was more interested in just picking a picture that looked the coolest to her and that's what we would choose to move forward in the adventure. Worked out great! When she gets a bit older I look forward to using the fold out map. Even without following the instructions to a T, we had so much fun reading it together. The illustrations are adorable and eye catching.

Great book for reading to Grandchildren
The story is cute and the children took turns rolling the dice. We read the book several times to get different stories. Their father is into roll-playing games and said this was a fun way to introduce them to the games he plays.

Enchanting
A fun way to get young kids off of electronic devices and interested in books! They get to be involved in where the story goes and with different outcomes they can play more than once #sweepstakes
