    • Stay Asleep patches include magnesium, melatonin, and ashwagandha.
    • Nightly Sleep patches include melatonin, ashwagandha, lavender, and L-theanine.
  • Formulated for sustained release to last throughout the night.
  • Made with soft, lightweight fabric that moves comfortably with you.
  • Apply to the underside of the wrist 30 to 60 minutes before bed. One patch can be worn for up to 12 hours.
  • Each set includes 10 individually wrapped patches in a portable tin.
  • Made in North Carolina.

Care

Apply one patch per night to clean, dry skin, preferably on the underside of the wrist at bedtime. Press firmly to ensure full adhesion. Wear overnight and remove in the morning. Alternate wrists between uses. Store patches in a cool, dry place and keep unused patches sealed in their pouch until use. Dispose of used patches after removal.
