It looks great but wish it locked into place

My husband and I used this present for the first time the other day. It looked great, love the included cheese knives, it folds up small which is great for storage, but it was difficult to move to the table for serving because it doesn't lock open which would be a nice feature! Overall, it is a great option for serving cheese and looks great!

My first disappointment with Uncommon Goods

I hate writing this review. Regrettably, this beautiful swivel cheese board does not have the engraving I was expecting. The wedding date -- 7.14.2023 -- is barely visible, and the "S" is also very light. I am giving this to my daughter and son in-in-law for Christmas and I am disappointed for the first time since purchasing from Uncommon Goods over the years. I don't know if it can be returned and re-engraved, so I will just wait to hear from the company. I need to mail the gift to them by December 12.

This is food safe and you can place cheese and all other items directly on the surface! After use, hand wash and dry immediately with a clean cloth.
