When Ashley Wiggins was 8 years old, her parents sold their home in Georgia and moved her and her brother into an RV. They traveled the United States for several years until settling in Michigan, where Ashley's father set up an art studio. After college, she agreed to temporarily help out with marketing, but she fell in love with the products and process. Since then, Ashley has taken over the family business, which grew from three employees to more than 30, most of whom are longtime friends and classmates.

Made a great gift!

I bought this as a gift for friends who recently bought a lake house. They are avid cribbage players and loved that the board depicted their lake. With the surrounding roads labeled they could easily pinpoint the location of their house. The board is very well made. I would have given 5 stars if the peg storage cover didn't stick out so far, maybe a small cap instead of a cork. Over time it looks like the cork may break.

When you can personalize a gift by putting the name or in this case a detailed map of the receivers favorite lake on a cribbage board the gift becomes so much more thoughtful and special and beautiful. Second Purchase of a Custom Lake Art Cribbage Board

Our first purchase of this board was to commemorate our engagement that took place on the customized lake art, and the second is going to be used to record the signatures of who attend our son's wedding reception on the back of his customized lake art cribbage board. I purchased one a couple years ago and love it. I was curious how you are meant to use the seven holes near the start. I figured it was to keep track of games won, but wasn't sure how to use it to keep track with two players. Do you each start on one end and move to the middle and play to four games?

Hi! These holes are used to keep track of who has won the most games in a session. Since there is only one row of 7 holes, you and your opponent will "race" from opposite ends toward the middle. Whichever player reaches the center hole first is the winner of the series (4 rounds won out of 7 score holes).

No oil is needed to take care of this board, as it's already made with a special coating. The only care instructions are to wipe it with a damp cloth if it becomes dirty.

I noticed your Details page doesn't have anything about the size of the pegs/holes. I have some custom made pegs (at 3.2mm, or roughly 1/8"), and was hoping you could tell me the drill bit size you use for the holes. Thanks.
