This was a fun, informative class, hosted by a knowledgeable gent. It was a birthday gift from my kids, and my daughter joined me for the zoom class. We got to ask questions, comment, and generally just talk to the instructor. Learned alot, altho, afterwards, we thought an improvement may be to sample the drink before smoking, and then after smoking, to taste the difference. Sort of like food pairing at a wine tasting. Just a thought...the class was great just as it is.

The facilitator did a great job taking us on an engaging chocolate and coffee journey, both individually and paired, with surprising flavor combinations at each step. A great option for friends or co-workers looking to do try something new together

Great chef and simple but good recipes! Wines were a good match to the food and it was a fun time. Definitely will look at other classes!

What an enjoyable evening. As soon as we finished, the spouse said he'd be happy to take another mixology class from the same instructor, which is big because he originally wasn't looking forward to this class :). We learned 3 new delicious cocktails, one of which we have already replicated. We even learned new stuff about both mezcal and tequila.

The instructor was fun and so very knowledgeable. Very friendly and interesting to listen to. The tea samples were delicious. I would highly recommend this class and it is more fun when you do it together with a friend. One more thing the teas were packaged beautifully!!!!!.

My wife got me this experience as a Christmas / Hanukkah present, and we had a blast making these drinks together! Cameroxn was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining for the entire class, and the pacing was great so that we were able to enjoy each drink and not feel rushed. Definitely recommend this class for anyone who is interested in learning how to make their own cocktails, whether you're looking to create something new or just have a few easy recipes on hand!
