I&#8217;m a &#8220;Third Culture Kid!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>An uncommon fact about me&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\nI used to be a martial arts instructor and once choreographed for a stage production of Mulan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My guilty pleasure is&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\nBeing completely aimless on the weekends after many hours of sustained wakefulness in the warehouse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I\u2019m inspired by&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\nPeople who are resilient despite the odds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My favorite process in the warehouse is&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\nCreating the precise, &#8220;locked-down&#8221; processes themselves. This year, I got to build the people processes and tech pieces that onboarded over 375 warehouse team members with my colleagues. Working with brilliant people to create something from scratch and refining the process as we go along is my favorite part of working here.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When I\u2019m not working I\u2019m probably&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\nEating. The Outbound management team can attest to that.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Working at UncommonGoods, I\u2019ve learned&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\nThe elusive art of leading others&#8211;inspiring a shared vision, enabling others to act, developing people, providing constructive feedback, and leading a team in accomplishing complex tasks that serve team members and the company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Would you rather\u2026 Be able to teleport anywhere at will, or be able to change any object into any other object (with the exclusion of changing things into teleporters)?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Teleport anywhere.
